Her eagerness to learn new techniques ensures she remains prepared and confident in her role. By sharing these skills with her colleagues, she contributes to improving the team's overall performance.

Patient safety is a priority for Neumann, who advocates for appropriate interventions to be in place. Her teamwork is highlighted by her willingness to assist peers during shifts.
