TOWN OF DUCK: Planning Board To Review Text Amendment At The November 10 Regular Meeting

Town of Duck issued the following announcement on Nov. 4. 

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following applications at its public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.

ORD-21-005    Application by Savage Land, LLC. for text amendments to several sections of the Duck Town Code to accommodate the addition of Indoor Entertainment Facilities as a permitted use in the Village Commercial (V-C) zoning district.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of the text amendment application. 

Anyone may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on this application.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O. Box 8369, 1200 Duck Road, Duck, North Carolina 27949 or via e-mail at planningboard@townofduck.com and/or councilmeeting@townofduck.com.  A staff report will be available approximately five (5) days in advance of the Planning Board meeting; contact the Town Clerk at the mailing address above or at 252-255-1234.
