County of Dare issued the following announcement on Sep 24.
Are you interested in learning more about Medicare? The Baum Center will host another Medicare 101 class on September 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
In this class, you’ll learn the basics- the benefits of Part A & B, Part D, and supplemental plans. You can also find out if you qualify for financial assistance.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited due to social distancing. Please call Jodie Futch at 252-475-5638 to register.
Both the Baum Center and the Dare County Center also offer one-on-one Medicare counseling with SHIIP volunteers by appointment.
