Town of Emerald Isle issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
According to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, additional air operations will be conducted at Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field Bogue on December 1, and again on December 14-15, 2023.
This training may last until 11 p.m., and those in the area can expect to hear about increased aviation activity.
