Town of Cedar Point issued the following announcement on July 1.
On Sunday, July 3, 2022 midday, Sherwood Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Town Hall to just outside Marsh Island Drive, and Masonic Avenue at Little Bay will also be closed to through traffic.
This closure is in anticipation of heavy traffic due to the fireworks display at MacDaddy's in Cape Carteret.
