County of Hyde issued the following announcement on May 18.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment, as established in Chapter 36 Article VII Division 3 in the Hyde County Code of Ordinances, will hold a special meeting and conduct a public hearing at the Ocracoke Community Center, 999 Irvin Garrish Hwy, at 2:00 PM on May 25, 2022.
The purpose of the meeting is to ratify the board’s Rules of Procedure and to consider a variance request submitted by Keith and Crystal Hardt from minimum building setback line requirements for a construction addition at 584 Jackson Circle, Ocracoke, NC. Parcel #127 or PIN #9500-69-3811.
This meeting is open to the public.
