Town of Cape Carteret issued the following announcement on Mar. 16.
Join us for our Earth Day litter sweep along Highway 24, Taylor Notion Road, and NC 58 in Cape Carteret. We will meet at 1 PM at Town Hall and break up into groups to cover each area.
