Census Bureau: More men than women in Gloucester in 2019

Of the 525 people living in Gloucester in 2019, 44.6 percent (234) were women and 55.4 percent (291) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Outer Banks Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 163-to-156. In the 65 and over age range, there were 47 females and 34 males.
