Dare County recently issued the following announcement.
Tax Listing Form Deadline

At their regular meeting on April 20, 2020, the Dare County Board of Commissioners voted to waive late listing penalties for individual and business property tax listings filed by June 30, 2020. Therefore, Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 is the last day to file individual and business personal property tax listing forms without penalty. Any tax listing form filed after that date will incur a 10% penalty on the tax amount levied on the assessed value of personal property as prescribed in GS 105-312.
