On Saturday, April 19, former Currituck County High School standout Kailey Bryant’s current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coppin State Eagles.

The game took place at NSU Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 23 at 5 p.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against North Carolina Tar Heels.
