On Saturday, April 12, former Croatan High School standout Ethan Coleman’s current college team, the Brevard Tornados, lost 22-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Greensboro Pride.
The game took place at Gil Coan Field. This was their first matchup against the Pride this season.
The Tornados’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Gil Coan Field against Greensboro Pride.
Carteret County has scheduled a public hearing on its proposed fiscal year 2026–2027 budget. Residents can review copies starting May 11 and attend a hearing on May 18 to share their views.
