On Tuesday, April 8, former Croatan High School standout Nathan Michalowicz’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, won 13-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Roanoke Maroons.

The game took place at Salem Memorial Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Maroons this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Owen-Fulton Field against Lynchburg Hornets.
