On Tuesday, April 1, former West Carteret High School standout Josh Plisko’s current college team, the Methodist Monarchs, lost 9-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Guilford Quakers.

The game took place at Edgar H. McBane Field. This was their first matchup against the Quakers this season.

The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Armstrong-Shelley Field against Brevard Tornados.
