On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Croatan High School standout Nathan Michalowicz’s current college team, the Averett Cougars, lost 11-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Greensboro Pride.
The game took place at Ted Leonard Park. This was their third matchup against the Pride this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Harvey-Dryden Field against Southern Virginia Knights.
