On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Currituck County High School standout Kylee Schojan’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Central Eagles.

The game took place at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 5 p.m. at Max R. Joyner Family Stadium against Michigan Wolverines.
