On Saturday, Feb. 22, former West Carteret High School standout Hannah Moseley’s current college team, the Chowan Hawks, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UVA Wise Cavaliers.

The game took place at Bill Gatton Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. at Hawks Softball Field against Fairmont State Fighting Falcons.
