On Tuesday, March 4, former First Flight High School standout Isaac Miles’ current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, lost 10-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Carolina State Wolfpack.
The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wolfpack this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 4 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against Elon Phoenix.
Carteret County has scheduled a public hearing on its proposed fiscal year 2026–2027 budget. Residents can review copies starting May 11 and attend a hearing on May 18 to share their views.
