Former Currituck County High School standout and current Lenoir-Rhyne Bears player, Cole Bates will compete in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number three seed against the sixth seeded North Georgia Nighthawks.

The first game is on Thursday, May 15 at 3 p.m.
